TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Archidive website and to all services, quotations, proposals, projects, and deliverables provided by Archidive, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, approving a proposal, or starting a project with Archidive, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Services

Archidive provides professional 3D rendering and visualization services, including exterior rendering, interior rendering, product rendering, 3D modeling, architectural animation, flythroughs, 360° virtual tours, VR experiences, and interactive apartment viewers with custom 3D floor plans.
The exact scope of each project will be defined in the approved quotation, proposal, contract, or written agreement between Archidive and the client.
Any additional services, changes, or extensions requested after project approval may require a revised quotation and additional charges.

Quotations and Project Approval

All quotations, proposals, prices, timelines, and service details provided by Archidive are based on the information available at the time of estimation.
A project is considered approved when the client confirms the quotation, proposal, payment terms, or project scope in writing, or when project work begins after mutual agreement.
Archidive reserves the right to revise pricing, timelines, or scope if the project requirements change, if additional information is provided later, or if the original brief was incomplete.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all required project information in a clear and timely manner. This may include CAD files, floor plans, elevations, sketches, 3D models, material references, mood boards, product details, brand guidelines, site photos, or any other relevant documents.
Delays in providing required information, feedback, approvals, or payments may affect the project timeline. Archidive will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late client inputs.
The client confirms that they have the legal right to share all files, drawings, references, images, and materials provided to Archidive for project use.

Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope, complexity, availability of required information, and number of revisions. Delivery dates may vary if the client requests changes, delays feedback, adds new requirements, or provides incomplete information.
Archidive may deliver work in stages, including drafts, preview renders, low-resolution samples, animation previews, or partial deliverables for review and approval.
Final deliverables will be provided after project approval, completion of agreed revisions, and settlement of any outstanding payments.

Revisions and Changes

Archidive includes revisions only as defined in the approved proposal or project agreement. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed scope, not to create a new concept, layout, design direction, or service requirement.
Revision requests should be provided clearly and in a consolidated form. Changes requested after approval of a stage, or changes that go beyond the original scope, may require additional time and cost.
Major changes such as new camera angles, new layouts, new modeling requirements, material redesign, concept changes, or additional scenes may be treated as extra work.

Project Acceptance

A project or deliverable will be considered accepted once the client approves the final output, uses the delivered files, publishes the work, or does not provide feedback within a reasonable review period.
Subjective preferences related to artistic style, mood, composition, or creative interpretation do not automatically make the work defective if the deliverable follows the approved brief and agreed project scope.

Payments

Payment terms, deposits, milestones, and final payment requirements will be defined in the quotation, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.
Archidive may require an advance payment before starting work. For larger projects, milestone payments may be required during production.
Final files may be withheld until all outstanding payments are received. The client receives the agreed usage rights only after full payment has been completed.
Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of work, or cancellation of remaining services.

Copyright and Usage Rights

All 3D models, renders, animations, visual concepts, project files, designs, and digital assets created by Archidive remain the intellectual property of Archidive unless otherwise agreed in writing.
After full payment, the client receives the agreed right to use the final delivered visuals for the approved purpose, such as presentations, marketing, websites, brochures, property listings, advertising, or sales materials.
Raw files, editable 3D models, source files, working files, software files, scene files, project setups, or internal production assets are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
The client may not resell, modify, redistribute, transfer, or reuse Archidive’s work for unrelated projects without written permission.

Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Archidive reserves the right to use completed project visuals, renders, animations, or selected work samples for portfolio, website, social media, presentation, award submission, or marketing purposes.
If a project is confidential, the client must inform Archidive in writing before the project begins so confidentiality terms can be agreed.

Third-Party Materials and Client-Provided Content

The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to Archidive, including drawings, references, logos, images, product files, brand assets, and design documents, do not violate third-party rights.
Archidive is not responsible for legal claims, copyright issues, or ownership disputes related to materials supplied by the client.
If third-party software, stock assets, plugins, music, models, or licenses are required for a project, additional licensing costs may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Archidive works with care and professional standards to deliver high-quality visualization services. However, Archidive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, financial, commercial, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services, visuals, project files, or deliverables.
Archidive is not responsible for construction errors, technical feasibility, engineering accuracy, planning approval outcomes, manufacturing decisions, or business results based solely on visual content.
Our visualizations are created for presentation, marketing, design communication, and decision support, unless technical validation is specifically included in the agreed scope.

Website Use

All content on the Archidive website, including text, images, graphics, renders, animations, videos, layouts, and design elements, is protected by copyright.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or use website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Archidive.
Archidive may update, modify, or remove website content, service details, pricing references, portfolio items, or legal pages at any time without prior notice.

Confidentiality

Archidive treats client project information with care and confidentiality. Project files, drawings, references, business details, and private communications will not be shared with unrelated third parties without permission, except where required for project execution, legal compliance, or professional service support.
If a higher level of confidentiality is required, both parties may agree to a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Cancellation and Suspension

If the client cancels a project after work has started, Archidive may charge for the work completed up to the cancellation date, including planning, modeling, rendering, communication, third-party costs, and production time.
Archidive may suspend or stop work if the client fails to provide required information, delays approvals, does not make payments, or changes the project scope beyond the agreed terms.

Final Provisions

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or incomplete, the remaining sections shall remain valid and effective.
Any changes to these Terms & Conditions or project-specific agreements must be confirmed in writing.
Archidive reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on this website.
