At Archidive, we follow a professional visualization process that keeps every project clear, organized, and easy to manage. From the first brief to the final high-resolution delivery, our team works closely with you to understand your goals, review your materials, define the visual direction, and create photorealistic renders, animations, virtual tours, or interactive experiences that match your project requirements.
Analyze Project Material, Brief & Timeline
Once your project starts, we begin by reviewing all the information you provide. This may include CAD files, architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sketches, 3D models, material references, mood boards, product details, site photos, or design concepts.
The more complete the project information is, the more accurately and efficiently we can create your visualization. At this stage, we also discuss your goals, preferred style, required deliverables, visual references, and project timeline. If any details are missing, our team helps identify them early so the workflow remains smooth and clear.
This step allows us to understand your vision properly and create a structured plan before moving into production.
3D Modeling & Camera Angle Approval
After reviewing the brief, we create the base 3D model of the space, building, product, or environment. This stage focuses on accurate geometry, proportions, layout, structure, and scene setup based on the approved drawings and references.
Once the model is prepared, we share initial views or clay/white model previews for camera angle selection. These previews help define the best perspectives, composition, and visual focus before applying materials, lighting, and final details.
At this stage, you can review the viewing angles, object placement, framing, and key scene elements. Your feedback helps us finalize the direction before we begin the photorealistic rendering process.
Materials, Lighting & Preview Renders
After the camera views are approved, we move into the visual detailing stage. Our team applies realistic materials, textures, finishes, furniture, lighting, landscaping, environment details, and other scene elements according to your project requirements.
We then create preview renders so you can review the overall look and feel of the visualization. These previews show the main visual direction, including lighting mood, material accuracy, color balance, atmosphere, and composition.
This stage is important because it allows you to see how the final result is developing and allows you to request refinements before final rendering.
Review & Correction Phases
Archidive follows a clear review process to make sure the final output matches your expectations. After the preview stage, you can provide feedback, correction notes, or adjustment requests in a summarized form.
Typical corrections may include changes to materials, lighting, colors, furniture, environmental elements, camera framing, small model details, or presentation style. Our team reviews your comments carefully and updates the visuals accordingly.
This structured correction process helps avoid confusion, keeps communication efficient, and ensures the project moves forward smoothly toward final approval
Final Visualization & High-Resolution Delivery
Once the previews are approved and all corrections are completed, we prepare the final visualization in high resolution. Depending on the project scope, this may include still renders, animation files, 360° virtual tours, VR experiences, product renders, or custom interactive visuals.
Final files are delivered in the required format and quality for presentations, websites, brochures, investor decks, real estate marketing, social media campaigns, property listings, or sales materials.
